Welcome to Lunch2Day! These are the terms and conditions (the “terms”) that dictate your use of Lunch2Day, our cross-platform application. You accept these terms by accessing or using the Lunch2Day app. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Account Registration: Certain features of the app may require you to register an account. You undertake and warrant that the information that you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete and will update such information promptly to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under any accounts registered to you.

License: According to this Agreement, Lunch2Day gives a limited non-transferable revocable license for personal non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use this Application for any unlawful purpose or attempt any acts that could disable or impair its functionality. Also, you must not interfere with security-related features of this Application, attempt unauthorized access thereof, or try hacking into networks connected therewith.

2. Content

User Content: Sometimes we give access to submit posts like comments, feedback, reviews (collectively referred to as “user content”). While retaining ownership rights in user content belonging to users who submitted them; at other times we can also utilize them across various functionalities associated with us within our platform.

Content Standards: Never submit user content that involves illegal activity, remains offensive, defamatory, abusive, objectionable, etcetera; such cases will simply be deleted without question based on our sole decision.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership: In case one has original contents, features, and functionalities then he or she is the exclusive proprietor of Lunch2Day including its licensors. It is lawfully protected in both the United States and foreign countries by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Trademarks: Lunch2Day logos, names related to products or services, and slogans are protected under trademark rights whether they are of Lunch2Day subsidiary or any other society connected with it. To use these marks, you should ask for written permission from Lunch2Day prior.

4. Third-Party Services

Lunch2Day may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lunch2Day. The app has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Lunch2Day shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by such content in case you rely on them for any purpose whatsoever either online; this includes buying things via the Internet, etc.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lunch2Day has made no warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of the program or the information contained in it. By using the app you agree that anything related to this app is at your own risk.

Limitations on Liability: The maximum extent possible under applicable law, Lunch2Day shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special consequential damages or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue incidental to such damage whether it was directly or indirectly incurred by you including but not limited to (i) your use or inability to use the application (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers where personal data are kept (iii) interruption of transmission either from or into this program (iv) all bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, and similar programs that may be transmitted by third parties through such programs (v) any error in omission from any content uploaded, emailed, transmitted, broadcasted, streamed, published, distributed, posted, retransmitted, reproduced or otherwise provided through this application and (vi) any other type of loss due to its usage based on warranty, contract, tort including negligence except if Lunch2Day has been advised about the possibility of such damage.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, advocate for, and maintain the safety of Lunch2Day, you are associates and officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and suppliers from any claim or cause of action brought by third parties resulting from your breach of these terms or your use of the app including but not limited to your User Content; any other use of the application content for services and products other than under these terms; or any information obtained through this app.

7. Termination

Lunch2Day may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately without notice or liability if you breach any provision outlined in these Terms. Upon termination all rights granted to you hereunder will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Your State], United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

Lunch2Day reserves all rights to modify/replace these Terms at any time by posting updated versions thereof on the app. In case a revision is substantial we will endeavor to provide no less than 30 days’ notice before entry into force of new terms. A material change will be determined solely by us at our sole discretion. Continuing access/using the app after such revisions become effective means that you consented to be bound by those amended terms.
